Location next to Ringwood Rail Station directly to town, Flinders Station. Shopping mall connected to the hotel with Coles & Woolworth supermarket. Access to parking via entrance 6 Eastland was easy to locate with ample parking lots. Reception was welcoming & helpful. Spacious room and request of interconnecting room with view was granted. Clean & comfortable bed. In room service was great & breakfast was good and big portion. Bonus was the shampoo, conditioner & shower wash. And the Go Green effort to reward customer with daily credit for skipping housekeeping.

Christmas lunch was wonderful. The Chef & Staff were friendly & attentive. It was a lovely celebration. Breakfast was perfect. Staff friendly. Ann & Daisey in Reception were very friendly & helpful. Relaxing in the lobby chatting, while enjoying the view of the Dandenongs, was most enjoyable.

I liked the cleanliness, the size of space, the utilities and services on-site. Most of the staff were friendly and professional.

So close to the shopping centre and Private Hospital. parking was easy and subsidised which was awesome. we did have some issues with finding which entrance to go into the carpark (#5 or #1) then actually finding the door entrance to go into accommodation. When we rang fir clarification we got very clear helpful instructions from the staff member.. thumbs up!

Easy check in. Lovely, well designed room. Very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was well supplied with necessities. Good social areas, with intimate lounge areas and good bar and restaurant. Meals we delicious, good value with a good choice and of a satisfying size.

The shower was spacious and comfortable. We liked the convenience of the parking area. The access to the shopping centre was great. Generally the room was comfortable. The desk area was a bonus. And the room was reasonably large.

Everything was just so nice and comfortable. The staff were all amazing and it couldn’t be better located for myself. There wasn’t any noise in the whole month I stayed and they were always super friendly and helpful with anything I asked.

The room was very well appointed and I loved the colour scheme and style of the room. The shower was amazing, I do feel the mark of a good hotel is the shower. Everything was clean and in great condition. I loved the feel and theme of the bar and seating area as you walk in and loved the wooden bookcases on the way to the lift for the rooms. Stay were great and excellent location to Eastland shopping centre and the train station.

Had a wonderful stay here. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities and ample space. Parking available on site (in the Eastland parking). Beautiful set up for bar and reception area, liked the design and the shelves with the books. Convenient location within a short walk to Eastland and Ringwood station.

We chose to stay here at Sage for the convenience of a Cooking Class the following day being held in the Yarra Valley (which otherwise would have been at least a 2 hour drive). We are so glad we chose to stay here. The staff were kind and helpful. The parking was super convenient. The access to Eastland shopping centre through the lift system was just fun. Many dinner options available. The room was comfortable and clean and quite modern. The bed was just perfect. I would definitely return to stay at Sage and perhaps even make it an annual visit heading toward Christmas because it was just so enjoyable.
